OmniGeometry

Updated: Sep 11

OmniGeometry is a powerful design tool built for creating intricate sacred geometry Art using recursive patterns and mathematical precision.

A digital artwork created using sacred geometry principles in OmniGeometry. At the very center is the "Flower of Life" pattern, a symbol made up of evenly-spaced, overlapping circles arranged in a flower-like grid. This symbol is considered sacred across various spiritual traditions and is associated with creation, unity, and cosmic order. Radiating outward are multiple layers of petal-shaped structures. These are symmetrically aligned and layered with luminous gradients of blue, purple, and cyan, creating a 3D illusion of depth and motion. The image exhibits perfect radial symmetry, meaning it is identical when rotated around its center. The layers form a fractal-like pattern, where similar shapes recur at progressively larger scales.

The overall composition gives a sense of energetic flow, as if light is pulsing or radiating from the center outward. Fine line work and overlapping waveforms in the background enhance this feeling of vibration or frequency. The dominant colors are electric blue, purple, and white. The gradient transitions between these colors are smooth and glowing, contributing to a sense of transcendence or metaphysical significance. The background is composed of delicate, interwoven lines, forming a mesh or web-like pattern, contributing to the depth and complexity of the piece.

This kind of art is often used in meditation and visualization practices, energy healing and chakra alignment, sacred geometry studies, representing universal harmony, divine proportion, and consciousness expansion.

Often described as the language of creation, OmniGeometry transforms mathematical principles into living, evolving visual forms that unfold like fractal mandalas, each recursive layer revealing deeper symmetry, motion, and meaning shaped by real-time parameter shifts.

By using recursive geometry and sacred ratios, it allows users to explore the hidden patterns of nature, revealing how structure, symmetry, and flow can express universal intelligence.

Self-taught programmer Sakari, lead developer and co-founder of OmniGeometry, began developing sacred geometry software, driven by a deep curiosity about the symbolic structure of reality. Gustavo Castañer, searching for a tool to create digital mandalas, discovered Sakari’s earlier program, GeoKone, and reached out for guidance. Their shared vision led to a partnership: Sakari focused on development while Gus shaped the brand, tutorials, and outreach, ultimately evolving the project into OmniGeometry.

Ideal for creating mandalas, spirals, and symmetrical patterns, OmniGeometry's designs are perfect for print-ready artwork, animations, and vector graphics. Users can build complex, layered designs using rules inspired by nature - like the Golden Ratio (Φ ≈ 1.618).

A beautiful mandala that has layers and balance reminiscent of the Flower of Life pattern, which is a widely recognized symbol within sacred geometry that represents creation and the interconnectedness of all life. The energy radiating outward, with a central point surrounded by repeating geometric shapes, creates a visual representation of universal energy and interconnectedness, a core concept in sacred geometry. The mandala presents an expansive and energetic form. The neon colors, flowing lines, and vibrant design evoke a sense of energetic flow and vibrancy, a hallmark of OmniGeometry. The repeating shapes and symmetry in the design also mirror the interconnectedness and infinite nature of geometry that is often emphasized in OmniGeometry. In both sacred geometry and OmniGeometry, there’s an emphasis on the beauty and harmony inherent in geometric patterns, symbolizing a deeper connection to the universe. The use of light and color in this mandala adds an additional layer, bringing the static patterns to life in a visually striking way that suggests spiritual energy, flow, and universal balance.

The live animation tool allows you to watch your geometry evolve in real time, making it great for meditative visuals arts or dynamic presentations. The designs run directly in your browser (Chrome, Brave, Firefox), with no installation required and you can export them in various formats for professional use.

A interface of the OmniGeometry software, which is used for creating dynamic and energetic geometric patterns. The mandala on display in the software is a highly symmetrical, intricate geometric figure with vibrant colors like purple and yellow, forming a radiant flower-like pattern at the center. The software interface visible at the top and side offers controls for tweaking the design, including options for animation, rotation, scaling, and color adjustments. The central pattern is highly symmetrical, radiating outward with perfect alignment. This represents core principles of sacred geometry, where symmetry, order, and balance are key to understanding the nature of existence. The glowing purple and yellow tones at the center of the design create a contrast that emphasizes the intricate structure. The use of these colors may symbolize energy flow and balance between opposites, as purple is often associated with spiritual energy and yellow with enlightenment or intellect. The surrounding light beams that radiate from the central pattern suggest movement or energy in the form of waves, which could be indicative of the dynamic nature of the universe and the flow of energy through space and time. The software allows for the animation of the design, with settings for rotation, scaling, and hue adjustments. This dynamic feature suggests that the design is not static but constantly evolving, which is a fundamental idea in OmniGeometry, where geometry is considered to be alive and in constant motion. These controls let the user adjust the size and orientation of the design, reinforcing the idea of flexibility and adaptability inherent in geometric systems. The scale and rotation options allow to modify scale and rotation speed and suggest that the design can evolve over time, potentially revealing more complex patterns. The software also allows for fine-tuning of colors through a color wheel, offering an array of hues and adjustments. This could be used to create different emotional or energetic impacts, as color plays an important role in the symbolism and feeling evoked by geometric art. The mandala design represents the principle of OmniGeometry, which emphasizes fluid, multidimensional geometry that transcends physical reality. The software interface and its ability to animate and adjust the geometry reflect the idea of geometry as more than just static shapes; it’s dynamic, with the potential to evolve and interact with energy flows. The use of vibrant colors and the creation of patterns that seem to pulse or radiate energy align well with this modern interpretation of sacred geometry, where geometrical forms not only represent the structure of the universe but also the underlying energy that flows through it. A mandala that beautifully exemplifies OmniGeometry's fusion of ancient geometric principles with modern digital tools, emphasizing the dynamic, interconnected nature of the universe through evolving, animated, and colorful patterns.

OmniGeometry is rooted in the philosophy that geometry is more than mathematics. It’s a portal into meditative states and emotional healing through visual resonance.

While rooted in geometric logic, its recursive designs evoke intuitive, even mystical experiences that help users connect inner vision with universal patterns. It draws from symbols like the Flower of Life, Metatron’s Cube, and the Sri Yantra, which are believed to reflect universal patterns and energies.

OmniGeometry is especially popular among artists, designers, and spiritual creatives who want to explore the beauty of geometry in motion. You can build complex designs with adjustable parameters, animate them in real time, and export high-resolution vector files for print or digital use.

These evolving forms, rooted in the same principles that shape nature, can act as visual mantras, helping to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit.
