One way to find which mod/CC exactly triggers the errors in your game is to try the 50/50 method. Start by taking your entire Mod folder out of your Sims 4 folder and put it in a safe place. Launch the game and analyze the result. See if the problem persists when they are removed. If the game runs correctly without the Mods folder, the problem is in the mods/CCs that you took out. Divide those mods/CC into two halves and test each half. Add them back batch by batch. If the
