Preventing CC Issues

One way to find which mod/CC exactly triggers the errors in your game is to try the 50/50 method.
Start by taking your entire Mod folder out of your Sims 4 folder and put it in a safe place. Launch the game and analyze the result. See if the problem persists when they are removed. If the game runs correctly without the Mods folder, the problem is in the mods/CCs that you took out. Divide those mods/CC into two halves and test each half. Add them back batch by batch. If the issue returns after adding one half, the problem is in the half you just added back. Repeat the process of dividing this half further and testing until you find the specific faulty file.
If the issue doesn't return, the culprit is in the other half that is still in the safe location. Add that half back to the Mods folder, divide it in half, and continue the testing process. If the problem returns with a specific batch, you then split that batch in half and test again until you narrow down the culprit.
Once the problem identified, check with the mod creator if an updated version is available. If there is no update, remove the file completely.
