How do I access my downloads?
Your downloads are accessible as a secure link sent to your email automatically as soon as the payment is completed. You may either receive your link in the Thank You page immediately on the screen after purchase, you may receive it in a confirmation email sent directly to your inbox, or you may access it on your member dashboard if you are a logged-in member.
Do I need to register for an account before buying?
No, you do not need to register before purchasing. Our Guest Checkout option offers a swift, streamlined experience for quick purchase. Only the essential payment info is required, reducing the need to create new accounts or remembering passwords. However, while optional, an account creation is easy and recommended for returning customers to save time and information for future shopping. You can choose between instant access (guest) or personalized convenience (account) based on your preference.
I didn't receive my confirmation or download email. What should I do?
First, check your Spam/Junk folders. Because automated emails contain links, they sometimes get routed to Spam or Junk by accident. If you find it there, move it to your inbox or simply mark it as 'Not Spam'. If you use Gmail, check the Promotions tab. The emails might have been sorted out of their primary inbox.
What file formats are included?
All the files are in .package format and compressed into a .zip folder.
How do I open a ZIP file?
Right-click the downloaded ZIP file and select "Extract" or "Unzip" (Windows), or simply double-click the file (Mac).
I downloaded the files, but I didn't use them. Can I still get a refund?
Since the file is already in your possession, it can't be revoked. Refunds aren't issued for change of mind after downloading because the digital file can't be removed from your device, taken from your possession, or sent back to us like it would for a physical product. All sales are typically final once products are accessed.
Are my payment details secure?
Every transaction is processed through industry-standard encryption protocols (like SSL/TLS), ensuring your details remains unreadable. All payments are handled directly through Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certified gateways, which specialize in secure, safe transactions and guarantee cardholder data is protected at the highest level.
How do I log in to my account?
You may either log in by clicking “sign in” on the upper right corner of the Store Page or you will be prompted to log in when checking out with your items. After logging in, you'll find your member-related info in your member area.
